The past couple weeks have been pretty rough on my mental health. This week in particular, I found it super difficult to stay motivated and get work done. Needless to say I struggled to start this episode, let alone finish it.
So i decided to do something a little different with this episode. It's a Mood Board, which means it's mostly a mix of some dope music I been finding, but I also found a way to channel al that anxiety I was feeling through this one.
I hope it helps anyone with similar struggles.
